*Drawing: A "Winner" will be chosen at random, one at a time, from a list of individuals that donated to The American Cancer Society’s “FSU Stride Page” or sent a letter of “non-donation entry”, at approximately 12:00 pm (noon) on Friday, October 16, 2020.  The drawing will be livestreamed through FSUPD’s Facebook Live.

RULES 
Entry and Participation: Participation in this raffle is by chance. Anyone who makes a donation prior to October 15 will be entered into the raffle.  There is the no minimum donation for an entry for this raffle. Donations are directed to The American Cancer Society, FSUPD’s Stride Page. To enter without a donation, send a letter stating that you wish to obtain a "no donation" entry with your name, address, and telephone number and stamped, self-addressed envelope to the attention of Florida State University Police Department Crime Prevention, 830 West Jefferson Street, Tallahassee Florida, 32306. Only one "no donation" entry per household. Ticket requests received in writing must be post-marked no later than Saturday, October 10, 2020 and any written ticket requests received after that date will not be accepted. No replacements will be issued.

 

Raffle Prizes include University Cycles gift certificate, free meals from Newks Eatery, Wooden American Flag from The Frame Shop in Bainbridge GA., FSU themed wreath from Kountry Girl Craft Co., Mission BBQ gift basket.
Florida State University Police Department/ Florida State University assumes no responsibility for the Winner's tax obligations in connection with the Prize and will have no responsibility beyond award of the Prize for its actual use.

Eligibility: Entrants and Winner must be 18 years or older and a citizen or permanent resident of the United States. The Florida State University Police Department reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to disqualify any participant holder for violation of these Official Rules or any applicable laws or who makes any misrepresentations relative to this drawing. Florida State University Police Department and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, children, and grandchildren) may not participate and are ineligible to win. Winner must comply with all applicable federal, state and local restrictions.

Selection of Winner: One (1) Winner will be selected by drawing at random during live stream at the Florida State University Police Department on Friday, October 16, 2020 at approximately 12:00 pm, provided, however, that this time, date and location and all other dates stated in these Official Rules may be altered as necessity requires. This will continue, one (1) winner at a time, until all raffle prizes are accounted for. The Winners do not need to be present to win. The Winner will be notified by return receipt mail or email, according to the contact information provided at the time of entry. If the Winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 14 calendar days, fails to otherwise qualify for the prize or declines the prize, the Winner will forfeit any and all rights to the Prize, and the Florida State University Police Department will select an alternative Winner.
